The halt on all immigration requests from 19 countries means all kinds of visas will be stopped. From Green Cards to visitor visa, student visa, all will be frozen for the time being. The list includes Afghanistan, Myanmar, Chad, the Republic of Congo, Equatorial Guinea, Eritrea, Haiti, Iran, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Yemen, Burundi, Cuba, Laos, Sierra Leone, Togo, Turkmenistan and Venezuela.
